Accenture
The Challenge:
Accenture engaged Monday Talent to support a range of open roles across public relations, media relations, and internal and external communications. These positions sat within industries that fell outside the scope of their internal recruitment team’s expertise, so they turned to us for our deep knowledge and network within the PR, communications, and marketing space.
The Search:
To support Accenture’s hiring needs, Monday Talent implemented a targeted strategy rooted in our deep PR and Communications networks. We activated relationships across agencies and professional organizations like IPR and DAA to expand candidate reach. Recognizing the competitiveness of markets like New York and D.C., we broadened the search nationally, identifying talent open to relocation or remote roles. Additionally, we partnered with Accenture to shape a compelling employer brand narrative that showcased the unique culture and growth opportunities within their communications function, helping attract both active and passive talent.
The Impact:
The infusion of new talent across Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and the Office of the CEO brought fresh energy and diverse perspectives to Accenture. With backgrounds spanning Big Tech to Capitol Hill, these hires delivered immediate value, enhancing strategic thinking, elevating writing across the team, and enabling senior leaders to focus on forward-looking initiatives. Their influence reached the highest levels, including direct collaboration with the CEO to improve the office environment. Collectively, this new wave of talent has meaningfully strengthened both Accenture’s communications function and the broader business.
