At Monday Talent, you’re getting a team of friends first, and colleagues second. Recruiting and relationship building are in our DNA. 

We’re strong believers in the idea that teams work better when they enjoy each other. That’s why we founded Monday Talent. Having worked together over the years, we knew that no matter what came next, we never wanted to stop working together.

Disrupting the traditional recruitment model, we do not sit on the periphery of the Marketing and Communications world, just moving people in and out of jobs. We are embedded with our clients, acting as extensions of their talent functions and true ambassadors.

We're reclaiming Monday! Monday gives us the opportunity to start anew - be it a new resolution, a new perspective or, of course, a new job.

Inexplicably, all three of Monday Talent’s founders were born on a Monday. And don't forget, some of the best things have happened on a Monday:

+ The Hershey Chocolate Company starts manufacturing Hershey's Kisses (1907)

+ Jesse Owens wins his first gold medal (1936)

+ The U.S. Supreme Court announces that segregation of students in public schools violates the 14th Amendment (1954)

+ Tim Berners-Lee conceives the World Wide Web (1990)

+ Monday Talent is launched (2020)
