We would like to introduce you all to the President and Founder of Monday Talent, Roux’s mom
When it comes to all things fashion, eBay shopping, black boots, and French Bulldogs, Gillian is your go-to. Her personal style is as unparalleled as her sense of humor.
We also can't discuss Gillian without mentioning that she is THE party planner. From the initial Pinterest inspo board to the finest of details (yes, there will be customized cans of seltzer), she's got it covered. Once you receive that e-vite, you better adjust your schedule accordingly. If Gillian has anything to do with it, it will be an event you can't miss.

Jamie McLaughlin
His all-time favorite film is Wayne’s World, his 2nd favorite film is Wayne’s World 2
A London born Celt, Jamie dreamed of being a Soccer Star in his youth, and despite the potential of great wealth and fame he chose recruitment - which he was very bad at for a number of years. After he got pretty good at it, he moved to NYC in 2014. He has a passion for all sports including skiing (where he has been rescued by helicopter twice) and cycling (of which he has been knocked off by both a London Black Cab and a wolf).

Carly Mednick
Carly is our very own TMZ encyclopedia. She could probably give DeuxMoi a run for their money
As our COO, she keeps us organized and functioning. We stay impressed that between that and watching every show Bravo has to offer, she still has time to study the latest pop culture news and check out NYC’s newest restaurants.
It’s also important to note that Carly got Alesso to wear our Monday Talent hat at a day party in Vegas. We’re just hoping she doesn’t leave us for the DJ scene.

Ruby Sokol
Even though we still get confused when Ruby says “arvo” instead of “afternoon,” we are so happy to have her around
Living in New York has been quite the change for Ruby as she is no longer a quick walk from the gorgeous Australian beaches she grew up next to in Perth.
Ruby’s love of pugs always led her to believe she would be a veterinarian when she grew up, but thankfully (for us) she took a very different path. We feel very lucky this happened- that Australian accent never gets old.

When it comes to the fashion world, Jared is your guy. With over a decade of placing top talent in positions across design, digital, and beyond, his contact list has outgrown even the most capacious little black book. When he begins name dropping, brace yourself.
True happiness for Jared comes in the form of film photography, daydreaming about hosting dinner parties with Solange (his favorite of the Knowles sisters) and traveling the world. Every week, it’s a game of guessing whether or not he’s in LA.

Jen has a serious knack for remembering credit card numbers. Not sure if we should be concerned
Growing up, Jen always envisioned becoming an elementary school teacher but one meeting with a recruiter launched her into a career that eventually led her to Monday Talent.
On her days off you can find Jen embracing the "it's 5 o'clock somewhere” mentality on the beach or binging every movie in the 'Recently Added' category on Amazon Prime. Jen brings infectious energy and connects with everyone on the team, perhaps that's the Leo in her. Yes, she's very into zodiac signs.
MARKETING MANAGER
Simone Edwards
Don’t be surprised if Simone throws you an “eh” every once in a while, she’s coming straight from the land of maple syrup and Drake.
When she’s not keeping up with the Kardashians, Simone is spending an unhealthy amount of time scrolling through Sephora analyzing all the latest beauty brands, but only those with out-of-the-box branding of course.
When she’s not working, you can find Simone battling Resy for a reservation at NYC’s latest hot spot (if you need a good restaurant rec she’s your girl) or going on a “hot girl walk” along the West Side Highway with an ice latte in hand gossiping over the latest Deuxmoi Sunday roundup.

Operations maestro by day, Real Housewives of Atlanta connoisseur by night
At Monday Talent, Stephanie Blake's organizational expertise is the backstage force, keeping our dynamic work environment tuned to perfection. Used to managing daily chaos at work and home, as a mother of two boys, joy often comes in the form of small wins, tiny reprieves, and the occasional Jamaican stew peas and rice.
Spoken like a true ops manager, if you want to stay off her bad side, don’t come around with clutter!

Once a Paulistana, now a Philadelphian - our Brazilian transplant has adjusted to American life through a staple diet of Disney Movies and Justin Bieber
If she’s not TikToking or walking her beloved dog Flynn, you’ll likely find Gabby watching a crime docu-series or her favorite movie, Bring It On.
Gabby likes to face her fears head-on. To overcome her greatest phobia, heights, she decided to bungee jump off an 829 ft building in Las Vegas and has the YouTube video to prove it.

We finally have a token vegetarian and yes, she’s from California
Oddly, Aziza does not enjoy watching movies, but when she comes up for air from TikTok, she will watch any show Bravo has to offer.
In her free time, Z, as she's known to us, enjoys the diverse cuisines the Bay Area has to offer, cooking new recipes, and a perfect day at the beach with a podcast in her Airpods.

If it’s a Friday, Silvana is most likely answering your email from a boat
As a Florida native, file morning boat cruises and bottomless mimis (mimis = mimosas for the millennials reading this) as the two things that spark joy for Silvana.
In between closing deals, Silvana enjoys the finer things in life, like Novikov’s hamachi carpaccio with shaved truffle and Carbone’s lemon cheesecake, and binging any and all Bravo shows (Real Housewives being a favorite, of course).

TIERNEY YATES
Tierney’s tagline if he was on the RHOA DEI Edition: “Inclusion is key, but honey, some doors stay closed for a reason.”
Living his best life soundtracked by 90s R&B jams (with a healthy dose of Mariah Carey, duh).
When Tierney isn’t partnering with companies to make the world a more inclusive and equitable place (because equity is the ultimate power move), you can find him in the kitchen whipping up a delicious meal ( complete with the perfect wine pairing, obviously,) or on a boat (more like his couch) keeping the spirit of summer 2016 alive.
